Customer Applications Center
This dashboard displays an overview of the customer applications (start, move and stop service requests) received through the website and their current status (received, in-progress, rejected or completed).
Service Requests Management
Customer service staff members can review all the applications individually and view the applicant's personal and contact information, service address and start date, as well as, the payment information and they can change the status of the requests as they process them. System tracks all status changes by user.
Service Addresses Import
Ability to import your utility's service addresses via a comma delimited file. The service addresses are then used to ensure that the addresses the customers enter via the website are valid service addresses and are also used to recognize the services being offered at the locations in order to automatically calculate the deposit/service start fee amount.
Customers Import
Ability to import your utility's customers via a comma delimited file. The customer accounts information is then used to authenticate the customers via the website when performing move/stop service requests.
Customer Service Requests Report
Print/view the history of received applications via the customer applications website. Ability to filter by request date, request type and application status.
Customer Credit Inquiries Report
Print/view the history of credit inquiries performed via the customer applications website. Shows if there was an error while performing a credit check and also shows a reference number for when contacting the credit check company.
